Lone Star Steak House Review
Lone Star Steakhouse & Saloon is a unique steak house, offering higher-quality service and food than existing chain or independent restaurants. Lone Star attracts a very loyal clientele.
Lone Star owns and operates a chain of mid-priced, full-service, casual dining restaurants that serve mesquite grilled steaks, ribs, chicken, and fish. The steak house embraces a Texas-style concept featuring Texas artifacts and music. The exciting and vibrant atmosphere created by the restaurants' "Texas roadhouse" ambiance is enhanced by specially selected upbeat country western music and neon signs. The decor includes planked wooden floors, "dim lighting," flags and other Texas memorabilia, all of which enhance the casual dining experience and establish a distinct identity for our concept. Lone Star is further distinguished by its high quality, USDA choice-graded steaks which are hand-cut fresh daily at each restaurant and mesquite grilled to order. Meals are served in generous "Texas-sized" portions and full liquor and bar service is available.
The Lone Star Steakhouse used to feature line dancing wait staff, and a bucket of peanuts served at every table. And you were encouraged to throw your peanut shells on the floor. It’s definitely a family steak house, making it possible to take the kids out.
This steakhouse is reasonably priced, and a great time for the whole family.
