The feast begins, as it should, with the finest prime beef there is: marbled and aged up to four weeks to reach its flavorful best. They add salt and pepper to enhance the natural flavor, then broil at 1600 degrees (about 650 degrees hotter than you'd cook it at home) to seal in the juices. And then it's yours to enjoy the perfect steak, prepared just how you like it.
